Why the PeopleWorks Leadership Institute?

The PeopleWorks Leadership Institute is a six-month leadership development program designed for both emerging and current people leaders, but also open to future leaders. This live, in-person program gives participants an approach to leadership that not only improves their effectiveness today but is also sustainable for their entire professional career. Education: This custom-curated curriculum combines timeless principles and the latest research. Leadership is a skill and the first step in skill development is understanding the principles and mindsets necessary to grow.

Connections: One of the most memorable aspects of this learning experience is getting to interact and connect with other professionals. Participants will not only learn from the facilitators but the other participants as well. Interacting with leaders from other organizations will give each participant an opportunity to benchmark and share best practices. Fun will be had, experiences will be shared, and life-long connections will be formed.

What if someone only leads 1 or 2 people right now, can they still participate?

Yes, the in-person dates will be set far enough in advance that out-of-town participants will have plenty of time to make travel arrangements.

$3,500 / person. This investment includes the program, the coaching sessions, the program materials, and food & beverages during the in-person sessions.
