Our Leadership Development Services equip your leaders with the skills and insights needed to inspire and drive your team forward. Through a combination of live training sessions, small group coaching, and one-on-one coaching, we help your leaders reach their full potential.

John Maxwell famously said, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”

Every single aspect of your organization is impacted by the quality and effectiveness of your leaders; therefore, investing in them is one of the best choices you can make for an organization.

Empowerment: Strong leaders are essential for guiding your organization through change and achieving your business goals. Empower your leaders with the tools and techniques needed
to excel.

Positivity: Effective leadership fosters a positive organizational culture, boosting morale, engagement, and productivity. We help your leaders cultivate a supportive and motivating environment for their teams.

Results: By developing key leadership skills, your organization can improve decision-making, enhance team performance, and drive business success. Our programs produce measurable outcomes that align with your strategic objectives.

Our Process

Every program we run follows our proven four step process customized to fit your organization and last after we leave. We use these guiding steps whether we’re training a group of leaders, coaching one person, or helping a team work through a strategy session.

  1. Discover
Good development starts with listening. We sit down with you and your key stakeholders to understand the real challenges, get clear on the specifics of what you want to accomplish, and reflect back our interpretation to ensure we are aligned before a single curriculum gets built. When it helps, we bring in assessments and 360 feedback so the work is grounded in data instead of guesswork.
  2. Design
We build a program around your specific needs, not an off-the-shelf course. We have a deep library of leadership content and a base framework we’ve developed through years of intense research, usage and data analysis. We customize it to your vision, mission, core values, and culture. If those foundations aren’t yet clear, we help you build them, so they have real meaning in how your people do business rather than sitting as words on a wall.
  3. Deliver
Development happens in this stage and is built on practice as much as instruction. We blend teaching, group discussion, hands-on activities, and homework so your leaders build new habits rather than just hear new ideas. We deliver through a variety of formats, including live training sessions, small group coaching, and one-on-one leadership coaching.
  4. Drive
A workshop can provide true clarity and eye-opening insights, but change happens in the weeks and months that follow. We keep the momentum going with follow-up coaching, accountability, and execution tools your leaders can put to work right away, and we circle back to measure progress and help the new habits hold. As a program wraps, we bring the group back together to recap what they’ve learned and have each leader commit to their own “vital few” actions going forward, so the work leaves the classroom with a clear plan attached to it.

The Eight Core Competencies

Our core program is built around eight competencies that every effective leader needs. We can customize and expand the model to as many as twelve to match your leadership framework, but we start with this foundation.

  1. Achieves Results
Leaders learn to set and meet goals, hold teams accountable, and build a culture of excellence. Covers managing goals, accepting ownership, and the discipline of following through on what matters most.
  2. Builds High-Performance Teams
Team alignment, role clarity, skill development, and organizational unity. Covers a manager’s role in shaping culture, the behaviors of a cohesive team, managing across generations, and running effective team and one-on-one meetings.
  3. Builds Trust
Ethical behavior, transparency, and a supportive environment where people can do their best work. Covers the elements of positive influence, trust-building behaviors, and how to reestablish trust once it’s been broken.
  4. Customer Focused
Responsiveness to customer needs and continuous improvement in how service gets delivered. Covers a serving-leader mindset, setting customer service standards, and the difference between internal and external customers.
  5. Communicates Effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to clear, honest, constructive communication. Covers the communication habits of effective leaders, setting clear expectations, and navigating difficult conversations.
  6. Develops Talent
Leaders who mentor and coach, encourage growth, and give real feedback. Covers a practical coaching process of observation, curiosity, feedback, and direction, along with strategic delegation and developing people at different performance levels.
  7. Leads Change
The ability to embrace change, drive innovation, and build a team culture that supports it. Covers leading through uncertainty, bringing teams along, and creating an environment for continuous improvement.
  8. Enhances Personal Effectiveness
Self-leadership, resilience, stress management, and the personal well-being that keeps leadership sustainable. Covers prioritizing the vital few, managing your day, and managing stress.

Delivery Options

We build the cadence around your team and work to keep business disruption low, so your leaders get better at their day jobs instead of being pulled away from them. Common formats:

Monthly series: Two-hour interactive workshops, usually around 20 leaders per group (as few as 6, up to 25). Typically runs 12 months, and can be shortened to 6 based on content.

Bi-monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual series: Half-day, full-day, or 1.5-day sessions, on-site or off-site.

Leadership retreats: One to two days for smaller, selective groups, such as the executive team or a hand-picked group of future executives.

Progressive levels: A series leaders move through over time, from leadership fundamentals (Level I) through mid-level management (Level II) to senior leaders of leaders (Level III).

Every option runs in-person, virtually, or hybrid, and we’ll help you pick what fits your group best. This is a starting point, not a fixed package. We can tailor the whole program to your organization and build on what you already have in place.

Assessment & Measurement Tools

We know people are the driving force behind what works and data helps us determine what works best. When leaders can see clear data on their strengths and development areas, their growth gets more targeted and focused. These tools work on their own or built straight into a development program:

  1. Hiring and selection, leadership development, team building, and succession planning.

  2. Individual development, leadership development, and team building.

  3. Team assessment based on Patrick Lencioni’s model, with an individual version available that doesn’t require the whole team.

  4. Team assessment based on Patrick Lencioni’s model, with an individual version available that doesn’t require the whole team.
