Five Behaviors Assessment- The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is an assessment-based program that focuses on the five pillars of teamwork: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Grounded in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model from international best-selling author Patrick Lencioni, participants learn how to maximize these behaviors to become a more cohesive and productive team, as well as understand how each team member’s unique personality style brings value to the team’s overall success.

The Five Behaviors™ program utilizes workplace personality assessments to help participants understand the personalities on their team and how they can effectively work together.
